Sunday Funday


Let's start the week as we mean to go on (even if it doesn't quite work out that way)!

Juicing is such an easy way to get some of your 5 a day and enjoy something that tastes really great too! Breakfast juices and smoothies are my favourite way to start the day as they are easy to digest and provide my body with all natural sugars to give me that kick I need when I'm crawling out of bed - plus the noise from the juicer leaves me with no choice but to wake up!

Everyone talks about Sundays being lazy days but I like to call them Sunday Fundays - seize the opportunity to do something you've been thinking about, and whether it be a day trip somewhere or a spring clean, give yourself a morning boost by juicing all the remaining fruits and veg from your fruit bowl and fridge and put a spring in your step!

This juice was made by juicing:

3 x apples
1 x orange
1 x grapefruit

High in vitamins and immune boosting goodness! Carpe diem everyone :)
